The story / القصّة
The name comes from merging Alayoub — family and roots — with Lab, the laboratory. Because that's exactly what we do: we experiment, we break things, and we rebuild until it works.
We don't wait for permission. We pick a small market with real pain, build something focused, and run it ourselves — and we share everything we learn along the way, in Arabic.
